Ez Alif Shop is an online shop from Bangladesh — quality everyday products, packed here and sent cash on delivery anywhere in the country.
How the shop started
Like a lot of shops in Bangladesh, this one did not begin as a big company. It started with products we trusted enough to recommend to people we know — items that match the photos, arrive properly packed, and are worth the money. Friends kept asking where to buy the same things. That is how Ez Alif Shop grew: from personal picks, not from a warehouse catalogue.
Online shopping here can feel risky. Pictures look edited. Parcels arrive late. If something is wrong, nobody picks up the phone. We run the shop the other way: we confirm orders ourselves, pack them ourselves, and send them cash on delivery so you can check the product before you pay.
We are still a small team. That is the point. When you message us, it is not a ticket number — it is someone from the shop who packed the order, or who can find out what happened to it.
ইজ আলিফ শপ ঢাকা থেকে চলে। আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারিতে সারা দেশে পাঠাই, অর্ডার কনফার্ম করতে কল করি, আর পার্সেল হাতে পেয়ে দেখে তারপর টাকা দেওয়ার সুযোগ রাখি। ভুল বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য হলে আমাদের জানালে আমরা সেটা সমাধান করার চেষ্টা করি।

This is how the shop actually works — the same details we tell customers on the phone.
Cash on delivery
You do not pay online. When the courier arrives, check the parcel, then pay. That is the default for every order.
We call to confirm
After you place an order, someone from the shop calls to confirm the address, product, and delivery area before it is packed.
Delivery time
Inside Dhaka we usually aim for 1–3 business days. Outside Dhaka it is typically 3–7 business days, depending on the courier and weather.
If something is wrong
Tell us within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Unused items in original condition can be returned or replaced. Hygiene-sensitive products may be limited.
